South Hill "Fish Pie" - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. boneless bass
2 sleeves Ritz crackers
1 to 2 sticks butter or margarine
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cut bass into chunks, set aside. Melt butter or margarine
in
microwave.
Crush\tone sleeve of crackers in plastic bag,
pour
them
along with enough melted margarine to make bottom
crust\tin
glass pie pan.
Press and add bass.
Mix second sleeve of crackers and remaining margarine and make crust as before.\tPut on top.
Bake Fish Pie for 15 minutes.
The salt from crackers and margarine makes this a great tasting pie!
