Noodle Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) box wide noodles
    4 eggs
    1 pt. sour cream
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 lb. Breakstone butter
    1 to 2 apples, peeled and grated
    cinnamon
    1 lb. cottage cheese
Preparation
    Parboil noodles in
    salted
    water;
    drain.
    Beat
    eggs; add to noodles.
    Add
    sour
    cream,
    cottage
    cheese and sugar. Pour into a 9 x
    14-inch
    Pyrex
    pan\tin which butter has been melted. Grate apples on top of mixture.
    Add ground cinnamon. Bake for 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.\tCut into squares.
    Serves 16 or more.
