Potato Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small or 1 large Ore-Ida hash browns, shredded
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 cans cream of potato soup
    1 stick Cracker Barrel sharp Cheddar, grated
    salt and garlic salt to taste
    Parmesan cheese
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes.
    Mix all ingredients, except cheese and bread crumbs.
    Put in a 9 x 13-inch dish and sprinkle with Parmesan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, covered.
