Coolrise White Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 1/2 to 6 1/2 c. flour
2 pkg. or cakes yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1 3/4 c. warm milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt or less
3 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Sprinkle yeast into 1/2 cup warm water.
Stir until dissolved. Add warm milk, sugar, salt, margarine and 2 cups flour.
Beat until smooth (about 1 minute).
Add 1 more cup of flour.
Beat vigorously at medium speed for 2 to 3 minutes.
Use enough of remaining flour to make a soft dough thick enough to put on floured board and knead.
Knead 5 to 10 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
Let rise double in size.
Form into 2 loaves.
Let rise double again.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
