Potato And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    1/2 lb. grated American cheese
    1 1/4 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    3/4 c. bacon bits
    1 medium onion, grated
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until cooked.
    Cool; cut into bite size pieces. Mix all ingredients together, saving some cheese to sprinkle on top.
    Cover with foil.
    Cook at 400\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
