Salmon Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. milk
4 slices bread
1 can salmon
4 eggs, separated
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
paprika
Preparation

Blend
all
ingredients, except egg whites and paprika. Whip egg
whites until stiff and fold into other ingredients a little at\ta time.
Turn into ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Cover and bake for 1 hour; uncover and bake 10 minutes.
