Chicken Tortillas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 chicken breasts, cooked
1/2 onion, grated
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can salsa (7 oz.)
1/2 c. milk
6 corn tortillas, cut into triangles
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 cans green chilies, diced
Preparation

Remove skin and bones from chicken. Cut into pieces, set aside. Combine onion, soups, salsa and milk; blend well. In 1 1/2 quart buttered casserole layer 1/2 the tortillas, chicken, sauce and cheese. Sprinkle with the green chilies. Repeat layers until all the ingredients are used, ending with cheese on top. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
