Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 large mushrooms, stems removed and diced (save)
    6 oz. marinated sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil, drained and minced (save the oil)
    1/3 c. Italian flavored bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. finely chopped onions
    1 Tbsp. chopped, fresh parsley
Preparation
    Brown diced stems, tomatoes and onions in oil; remove from stove.
    Add bread crumbs, cheese and parsley and stir.
    Stuff the mushrooms and place on a greased baking sheet in a preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Makes 16.
