Tuna Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium eggs, separated
    4 oz. tuna, drained and flaked
    1 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Beat egg yolks, mustard and pepper. Mix well.
    Beat egg whites with salt until stiff.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Fold together and spoon into 2 cup casserole dish. Bake 20 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Serve immediately.
    Makes 2 luncheon servings.
