Empire Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 c. water
1 tsp. chicken bouillon or 1 cube
3 c. diced potatoes
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced carrots
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. flour
8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/2 c. cubed ham
Preparation

Cook first 7 ingredients until soft.
Then add flour mixed with milk and cook until thickened.
After mixture is thickened, add cubed cheese and 1/4 cup cubed ham.
