Bacon-Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices, crisp bacon, crumbled
    1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
    1/3 c. onion, minced
    1 9-inch pie crust, unbaked
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. half and half
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. red pepper
Preparation
    Sprinkle first 3 ingredients into pie crust.
    Beat remaining ingredients together and pour into pie crust.
    Bake 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Reduce heat to 300\u00b0.
    Bake until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
