Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg (beat egg in milk)
1/2 c. milk
Preparation
-
Mix flour, salt and baking powder.
Beat egg in milk.
Add to dry mixture and stir with fork.
Spoon on top of whatever.
Cook 5 to 7 minutes, uncovered, then 5 to 7 minutes, covered.
