Hot Water Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. self-rising meal
2 eggs
boiling water

Preparation

Beat eggs and blend in meal.
Pour enough boiling water on to make mixture thick.
Drop by teaspoonfuls in very hot oil.
Fry until brown.
