Scrumptious Taties(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe

8 medium boiled potatoes
1 cube margarine
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. chopped green onion
1 pt. sour cream
crushed buttered corn flake crumbs (just drizzle with melted butter)
Preparation

Boil potatoes; let sit until almost cool, then dice. Meanwhile, melt butter and mix with soup, cheese and onions. Blend with sour cream.
Add potatoes and toss.
Top with corn flake crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, uncovered.
