Cheesy Carrot Bake Vegetable Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked carrots
    6 Tbsp. softened margarine
    4 eggs
    1 c. cracker meal
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1 1/2 tsp. dill weed
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    Mash cooked carrots with electric mixer.
    Add margarine, beat well.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
    Stir in cracker meal, cheese, milk, minced onion, dill weed and seasoned salt.
    Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart oven-safe ring mold. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 50 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Cool 10 minutes.
    Run knife around mold and remove.
