Mandarin Orange Cake - cooking recipe

2 eggs
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained
2 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
3 Tbsp. milk
3 Tbsp. margarine
whipped topping (optional)
Preparation

Beat eggs in large mixing bowl until lemon colored.
Add oranges.
Sift flour, sugar, soda and salt together.
Add to orange mixture.
Beat 4 minutes at low speed.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 (preheated oven) for 30 to 35 minutes.
