Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. finely chopped apples
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Chop apples and set aside.
    Beat oil, sugar and eggs on low speed until creamy.
    Sift flour with salt, soda and baking powder. Add flour to creamy mixture, a little at a time, making a stiff batter.
    Mix apples and pecans; fold in by hand.
    Grease a tube pan, but do not flour.
    Pour in batter; bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
