Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    5 to 6 c. apples, sliced
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 unbeaten egg
    1/3 c. melted butter
    cinnamon and nutmeg
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and 1 unbeaten egg in bowl until crumbly.
    Put sliced apples in a shallow, greased baking dish (6 x 10-inch).
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Cover with mixture and pour 1/3 cup of butter over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serve warm.
