Sherried Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (18 oz.) cans yams
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. orange peel
    2 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. raisins
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. sherry
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Boil the brown sugar, cornstarch, salt, orange peel and orange juice until it thickens.
    Add raisins, butter, sherry and chopped nuts.
