Grandma'S Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, skinned and deboned
    1 c. seedless grapes
    2 c. mandarin oranges
    1/4 c. celery, cut in small pieces
    1 c. water chestnuts, chopped
    3 Tbsp. nonfat mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cut chicken into chunks.
    Brown in nonstick skillet.
    Mix together chicken, mayonnaise and some juice off of the fruit.
    Mix in fruit and nuts.
    Refrigerate several hours.
    Makes 8 servings.
