Lemon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box lemon cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding (small)
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. poppy seed

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, stirring 4 minutes. Bake in greased loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
Makes 2 loaves.
