Oven-Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up
    2 c. flour (approximately)
    1 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    Wash cut up chicken and season as you usually do. Dip and coat each piece in flour.
    Place chicken pieces, skin side up, in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Dot chicken pieces with 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Serve with your favorite side dishes.
