Hot Milk Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour 3 (9-inch) round cake pans.
    Beat eggs with mixer until very light.
    Gradually add sugar; continue to beat.
    Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt; add to egg mixture.
    Heat butter and milk until butter is melted; do not boil.
    Add to batter all at once, stirring well. Add flavoring.
    Pour into prepared pans.
    Bake for 25 minutes. Turn cake out immediately.
    Cool on racks.
