Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. rice, cooked until fluffy and soft
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. shredded carrot
    1/2 c. onion, diced
    1/2 c. shredded cabbage
    1 c. salami, diced
Preparation
    In a wok, saute vegetables and salami in oil until vegetables are tender.
    Add rice; mix well and push to side of wok or pan. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in wok or pan and scramble 3 eggs until set.
    Mix together all ingredients.
