Ingredients

3 c. flour
3/4 c. salad oil
2 c. cold water
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. vanilla
6 Tbsp. cocoa
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Mix together.
Beat well.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
