Banana Nut Bread(No Egg) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening or margarine (1 stick)
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/3 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mashed bananas
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation

Blend shortening and sugar until creamy. Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture. Add mashed bananas, lemon juice and nuts. Bake in well-greased 2 small loaf pans or 1 regular size bread pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
