Confetti Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. olive or salad oil
3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 large red pepper
1 large yellow pepper
1 large green pepper
1 large carrot
1/4 lb. Chinese pea pods
1/2 small head green cabbage
1/2 small head red cabbage
Preparation

In a large bowl, with wire whisk or fork, mix olive oil, vinegar, mustard, sugar, celery seed, salt and black pepper.
Set dressing aside.
