Vegetable Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. water
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 c. sliced potatoes
    2 cans undiluted cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables
    1 lb. pkg. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Simmer 4 cups water, celery, onion and bouillon for 20 minutes.
    Add carrots, potatoes, frozen vegetables and simmer for 40 minutes.
    Add cream of chicken soup and cheese, stir frequently to prevent cheese from burning or sticking.
    Add additional water or bouillon as needed for taste.
