Crab Imperial - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 lb. crabmeat
Preparation
    Cook butter, flour, salt, pepper, mustard and milk
    in saucepan for 5 minutes.
    Add green pepper and crabmeat to mixture and toss.
    Pour in baking dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with butter.
    Bake until golden brown on top at 325\u00b0.
