Mexican Wedding Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 c. margarine
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix ingredients in order given.
Roll by hand into small balls about 3/4 inch in diameter.
Place on baking sheet.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
Roll in powdered sugar while hot. Repeat when cool. Makes three dozen.
These freeze very nicely.
