Slow-Cooker Meal Chicken Barley Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 oz. skinless, boneless chicken thighs
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen soup vegetables
    1 (12 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1/2 c. barley
    2 c. water
    2 tsp. salt-free chicken bouillon
    1 tsp. herb blend seasoning
Preparation
    Before lunch, place all the ingredients into slow cooker. Cover.
    Cook on slow until dinner time.
    Makes 4 servings.
