Cream Of Crab Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 Tbsp. Old Bay
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 qt. milk
    1 small onion, minced
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. sherry
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Spoon in flour.
    Blend salt, pepper and dry mustard.
    Add milk and put back on heat.
    Stir contents until thickened.
    Add onion and crab meat.
    Put on low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Add sherry and parsley before serving.
