Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk, scalded
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. shortening
    3 eggs, beaten
    melted butter
Preparation
    Scald milk and cool to lukewarm.
    Soften yeast in water. Combine flour, sugar and salt in large bowl.
    Cut in shortening until fine.
    Add warm milk, eggs and yeast.
    Beat until well blended.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight or up to 1 week.
    Roll out on floured board as biscuits.
    Brush with melted butter; place on greased cookie sheet.
    Cover and let rise for 3 hours.
    Bake for 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Makes 24.
