Tater Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 small potatoes
    shredded Cheddar
    sour cream
    bacon bits
    green onions (green ends chopped)
Preparation
    Bake potatoes in microwave until done.
    Cut in half, scoop out middle and set aside.
    Fry skins in deep fat fryer until lightly brown.
    Place on pizza pan.
    Sprinkle on cheese and bacon bits. Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
    Remove from oven; add dollop of sour cream and green onions.
    Serve.
