Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs, separated
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese and sugar.
    Cream well.
    Add egg yolks and blend thoroughly.
    Cream.
    Add vanilla and salt.
    Beat egg whites in separate bowl.
    Whip cream in another bowl.
    Fold whipped cream and egg whites into first bowl, one at a time.
    Crush 20 graham crackers.
    Put half to 3/4 of them on the bottom of an 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Put remainder on top.
    Freeze.
