Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, well beaten
2 c. flour (all-purpose)
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. carrots, grated
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix oil and sugar; beat well.
Add eggs separately.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Then blend mixtures and beat thoroughly.
Stir in carrots.
Pour into three 8-inch or two 9-inch greased, floured layer pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until cake tests done.
