Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
    1 can cream of potato soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    onion, green pepper, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
    Bake covered for 1 hour at 300\u00b0 and uncovered for 1/2 hour.
