Sugar-Free Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced, peeled apples
    1/2 c. frozen apple juice concentrate
    2 tsp. tapioca or flour
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 to 1 tsp. lemon juice
    pastry for double crust
Preparation
    Mix apples, apple juice, thickener and spice; stir until apples are well coated. Add lemon juice to keep apples light colored.
    Pour into 9-inch pastry lined pan.
    Top with second crust.
    Seal the edges and cut slits on top for steam.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes until golden brown.
    One serving contains 220 calories, 1 1/2 fruit exchange, 1 bread exchange and 2 fat exchanges.
