Spiced Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    2 Tbsp. cold water
    1 lb. pecans
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until frothy, but not stiff.
    Add water and beat a little longer.
    Fold in pecans.
    Mix until well coated. Mix
    in remaining ingredients.
    Place on buttered cookie sheet and bake 1 hour at 225\u00b0.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
