Korozotes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
2 to 3 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 onion, diced finely
1/2 tsp. sweet Hungarian paprika (for orange coloring)
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Blend all ingredients together for a creamy spread on crackers or bread.
Can also be used as a dip by adding a tablespoon more of margarine.
