Bunker Hill Lemon Chill - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 c. flour
1 1/4 c. finely chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 c. Cool Whip
2 small boxes Jell-O instant lemon pudding
3 c. milk
Preparation

To make crust, press 1 stick of margarine, flour and 3/4 cup pecans into bottom of a 13 x 9-inch glass pan.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Let cool.
Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar with electric mixer until smooth.
Stir in 1 cup Cool Whip.
Spread cream cheese mixture on crust while crust is still warm.
Mix Jell-O instant pudding and milk (do not follow instructions on box).
Let stand 5 minutes; then spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining Cool Whip and chopped pecans.
