Sour Cream Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    3 c. plain flour
    1/4 tsp. soda
    5 eggs
    2 sticks butter
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 small carton sour cream
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. butter flavoring
    2 tsp. lemon flavoring
    2 tsp. rum flavoring (optional)
    1 tsp. brandy flavoring (optional)
Preparation
    Add butter flavoring to soda and buttermilk.
    Cream shortening, butter and eggs, one at a time.
    Add dry ingredients and buttermilk mixture alternately.
    Add flavorings and sour cream.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour (test for doneness).
