Mississippi Mud Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. margarine
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. cocoa powder
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1/4 tsp. salt
1 regular size pkg. miniature marshmallows
Preparation

Cream sugar and margarine. Add eggs and beat well. Sift flour, salt and cocoa together.
Add to sugar mixture, mixing well. Fold in vanilla and nuts. Pour batter into a greased 13 1/2 x 9 1/2-inch greased pan. Bake in 300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until done. Remove from oven. Place marshmallows evenly over the top of cake and return to the oven for 5 to 10
minutes, just until marshmallows melt. Remove from the oven; cool and frost.
