Crispy Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cut in pieces
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing (you only need 1/2 pkg. for 1 chicken)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Put stuffing in blender or food processor to make fine crumbs. Dip chicken, piece by piece, in butter and roll it in crumbs until covered.
Place in shallow baking pan or cookie sheet.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
Serves 4.
