No Peek Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak, cut into bite size pieces (remove fat)
    2 c. mushrooms, chopped
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
    1 pkg. noodles or rice, cooked
    1 can mushroom soup (don't add water)
    1/2 c. red wine
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients, except sour cream and noodles or rice.
    Place in 2-quart casserole.
    Cover. Bake for 3 hours.
    Do not peek! Remove from oven.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
    Serves 6.
