Decorator'S Buttercream Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/3 c. milk or water
1 tsp. clear vanilla
1 tsp. butter flavoring
dash of salt
1 c. Crisco shortening
1/4 c. flour
1 lb. powdered sugar

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients first, then add liquid plus shortening and beat.
Don't overbeat or you may have air bubbles in your icing. Can add icing food coloring found in cake decorator's section of your store to decorate your cake with any color(s) you like.
