Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. Red Cross garden spirals
    1 1/2 c. salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
    1 c. diced carrots
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. minced parsley
    1 glove garlic, minced
    1/4 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. cooked, cubed chicken or ham or 2 c. boiled shrimp
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan
Preparation
    Boil
    garden
    spirals
    for
    8
    minutes; drain but don't cool. Mix salad dressing with milk, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Pour
    over
    pasta
    and
    mix
    well.
    Fold in all other ingredients, Parmesan cheese last.
    Cover and cool for several hours.
    Makes 8 servings.
