Fudge Nut Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 c. Crisco
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. instant oatmeal
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
    12 oz. chocolate chips
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Cream Crisco and brown sugar; add eggs and vanilla.
    Mix well. Add flour, baking soda and oatmeal.
    Set aside and make filling.
