Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
dash of salt
1/4 c. flour
3 Tbsp. melted margarine
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. milk
3 beaten egg yolks
3 stiffly beaten egg whites
Preparation

Combine
sugar,
a
dash
of
salt
and flour.\tStir in melted margarine, lemon peel and juice.
Combine milk and egg yolks. Add
to
lemon mixture.
Fold in egg whites. Pour into an 8 x
8 x 2-inch baking pan.
Place some small rocks in the bottom of Dutch oven to elevate baking pan.
Pour water 2-inch deep in Dutch
oven.
Place
baking pan in oven.
Bake for 40 minutes.
