"Green" Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large container small curd cottage cheese
    1 large container Cool Whip
    2 (3 oz.) boxes instant pistachio pudding mix
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Drain pineapple juice into a bowl.
    Set aside pineapple.
    Mix pudding mix with pineapple juice until dissolved.
    Add cottage cheese, pineapple and marshmallows.
    Mix well.
    Slowly add Cool Whip until you reach desired consistency.
